The Way to the Paradise
If you are from Luzon Island (the biggest island in the country Philippines), the Batangas Port is the gateway to this wonderful beach. A lot of bus companies has an almost 24-hour open travel from Manila to Batangas like BLTB, JAM, and Tritran Bus Lines.
From the Batangas Port, you will find huge boat services. Depends on the ferry you choose, it will take you a 1 to 2 hours boat ride going to the paradise island Puerto! Booommm!! Here we go, ready for a royal treat!>>>The author with his fellows at a ro-ro ride to Puerto Galera!
While at the Ro-ro or ferry, always bear in mind that you need to feel the sea breeze. This is a very good opportunity to smell fresh air away from the polluted cities of the metro.
The travel is most likely a bumpy boat ride. Going against the sea waves is one experience you should not be bother of. Instead, feel it like you are on a roller-coaster ride!
ACTIVITIES AT THE PARADISE
There are a lot of good way to a meaningful vacation in Puerto Galera. One should not miss of the following (although yours truly almost missed these things due to fear factor):
1. The Banana Boat Ride
I can still remember how I felt so bad when people asked me to join them in this activity. I was so afraid that I am speechless from the time I paid the ride to the time I was about to jump in and ride the banana-like boat!
But it was a n awesome experience for everyone's yell is not a call for rescue but a shout of JOY!
A group will ride ona banna-like boat (raft) where it will be pulled by a motorboat speedily then turning on a different way so as to make the banana-boat to urn upside-down. And boom! All will be sprikled like rain in the water.2. The Snokling
If you ought to see the beauty of the sea under, this is the very activity you should not miss. Snokling is actually swimming in surface with gadgets that will enable you to se the beauty of the sea under with corals and colorful fishes.
When it's our first time to do this activity, I was so overwhelmed by the beauty Puerto galera waters. I was just afraid, a shark might come out from those black holes. Hushhh... No need to worry... fish here are harmless creatures. (SMILE!)

Morning at Puerto
Waking up in the morning seem to be a very pleasant start of the day. Cool breeze will wake you up and greet you Good Morning!
The sun rises so dramatically as if telling you to enjoy life to the fullest! Walking in the clean sandy shores of Puerto Galera is another relaxing moment for me. I was talking to my friend when we decided to walk barefoot! Ohhh... the sand, so smooth and feel good to my feet! It tell me to engaged and feel its presence. Not so long before I knew it, I was seating on its sandy floors...
The Sunset of Puerto Galera
In every place that I visit, I always see to it that I see the sun as it sets. In this case, the sunset at Puerto Galera is not just an ordninary setting of the king SUN! It's rays so radiant, it bids farewell but leaves you an assurance of a come back!

When the darkness seem to dominate the earth, you will feel the paradise coming to life as it sets your mood to a party season!
