Well, I have to have a "commercial break" in writing about TOP.
Next week, I will be witnessing for myself how beautiful the paradise BORACAY really is.

TOP 1: The VOCALLY-Skilled One

If you remember TOP or Tradional Office Politicians, well this is somewhat a continuation of it.
Let us have for the second part focus on one of the TOPs and we'll call it TOP 1.
TOP 1 is the kind of traditional office politician who:
- is always present at meetings;
- make sure he/she has something to say, and when she/he opens the mouth, no one can stop;
- with his overly-skillful mouth (speaking), she/he would actually make everyone feel that she is overly intelligent but in the end, the message is like a sticky things at a coconut shell after having been shaved; and
- BULLY.
